Emerging as an enormous market, production scheduling is strongly summoning the elegant optimization technology. Exactly at the time, ENGINEST offers to customers its new application product, the POEM APS version 3 (see demo).

        POEM APS, dealing with large-scale industrial production (usually involving hundreds of thousands of tasks andseveral tens of kinds of constraints), is based onrigorous mathematical modeling. It is implemented fully using the NCL natural constraint language, equipping a server with PoemServer for computation andoptimization, equipping a client with PoemView for visualization and interaction.
