7 May 2009: Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) and ENGINEST signed a strategic cooperation agreement on 5 August 2008. BUPT chose POEM for developing human resources optimization module in the field of telecommunications. After 7 months of R&D, the cooperation project was fully accepted by its customer on 16 April 2009.

       The project aimed to develop an intelligent human resources scheduling system for call center management for a world's leading supplier of telecommunication solutions. The success of the project leads ENGINEST to the field of China's telecommunications and paves the way to practical applications of optimization technology on human resources management.
