18 February 2009: Based on the strategic cooperation agreement, ANCS and ENGINEST signed the second-phase contract in the tobacco field. The two parties will work together to complete the project on production scheduling for Tobacco Factory of Xiamen.

       The signing of this agreement is a result of the successful implementation of the previous production scheduling project in the tobacco field, on the other hand, it will accelerate the application of ENGINEST 's optimization technology in this industry.
