18 January 2009: Dalian Institute of Technology and ENGINEST signed a product purchase agreement via ENGINEST's General Agent - Dalian Port & Shipping Technology Company. According to the agreement, POEM Development Toolkit and Vehicle Routing module will be licensed to School of Management of the Institute for the purpose of research on logistics optimization.

       This cooperation further promotes ENGINEST's POEM technology in Dalian and Northeast China after the success with Dalian Maritime University. It is also the first achievement by ENGINEST's agent in Northeast, labeling ENGINEST's successful agent operation and commercial development in the region.
